Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AlAleem Systems. By placing an order through our website or via direct communication, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed only upon receipt of a 100% advance payment (either Online or Offline or through Direct Payments at Office).
  • Payment details are available at: https://alaleem.com/payments/
  • Order confirmation is subject to advance payment and approval of the design blueprint (if applicable).
  • Once the Design Blueprint (with Masjid Name) is sent over to you and you confirm, Unit processing begins. This will take around 3-7 days to get the final Unit ready.
  • Once Unit is ready, we’ll share product images with you before preparing for packing & dispatch.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Customers may arrange pickup of their product from our Hyderabad office once notified.
  • We ship to most pincodes across India and internationally via courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, XPressBees, DTDC, etc.
  • Courier charges are billed extra and vary by product as outlined in our catalogue.
  • Delivery may take an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier service.

3. Installation & Setup

  • All units are designed to be plug-and-play and must be installed by the customer.
  • We do not provide wall installation or on-site setup.
  • We provide:
    • Remote assistance for app connection setup
    • Instructional setup videos and guides

4. Design Customization & Order Cancellation

  • Once order is confirmed and design is approved:
    • No modifications or customizations (hardware or software) will be entertained.
    • No cancellations will be accepted after order processing begins.
    • Advance amount is non-refundable.

5. Warranty Policy

  • 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on internal electronics, LED modules, and power supply from date of Invoice.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage to the cabinet
  • Improper usage or outdoor exposure (if not rated for outdoor use)
  • Accidental falls or unauthorized repairs/modifications
  • Natural wear and tear or acts of nature

6. Limitation of Liability

AlAleem Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of such possibilities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
