Terms & Conditions

Order Processing:

  • Orders will be processed only after complete payment.
  • Bank/Online UPI payment details can be found here: https://alaleem.com/payments/
  • Order can also be completed by paying Online directly through our Payment Gateway at Checkout

Delivery & Pickup:

  • Customers can arrange pick up of their unit from our Hyderabad office once it is ready.
  • For outstation orders, we ship to most pincodes across India (and Internationally) through standard courier agencies like BlueDart, Delhivery, XPressBees, DTDC etc. Courier Charges will be billed extra as mentioned in the product
    catalogue based on the product. Courier delivery may take an additional 3 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Installation & Setup:

  • Indoor & Outdoor units are designed to be plug-and-play and must be installed by the customer.
  • Our team will not be involved in wall installation or setup.
  • However, we will provide App connection setup assistance, explanations, and setup videos/instructions.

No Modifications or Customizations Or Order Cancellations after Order Confirmed:

  • Once the order is confirmed through advance payment and the design blueprint is approved, no further design changes (hardware or software) or customizations will be accommodated.
  • Once Order Processing begins, no Order Cancellations will be entertained and Advance Amount will not be refunded

Warranty Terms:

  • One-year manufacturer’s warranty on internal electronics, power supply, and LED, effective from the date of this estimate.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Cabinet damage, improper use, or outdoor exposure (if the unit is not rated for outdoor use).
  • Mishandling, accidental falls, unauthorized repairs, customizations or modifications by anyone other than our authorized personnel.
